Here at Browns, we have set out to bring a new dimension to local cuisine. After a successful first chapter introducing ourselves, we are now proceeding to push boundaries.
Our aim is to use the best local seasonal products by sourcing local farmers for meat, vegetables, fish & dairy, foraging sea veg from rock pools, picking wild vegetables & aromatics in the Campos from wild fennel to Mediterranean wasabi.
